2nd Wednesday of Advent

Even youths will faint and be weary, and the young will fall exhausted; but those who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall fun and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint -Isaiah 40:30-31

We are often impatient, Lord. We live in the "fast track," wanting quick answers and easy solutions. Teach us patience and the wisdom that comes from waiting in faith for the power you send into our lives.
