THE VIEW FROM MY WORLD

Here in Rome students are beginning or have begun to take exams. The question I think on many students minds here in Rome is that only one test is usually required for a course that lasted for about 13 weeks with some of them meeting 2 hours a week and others 4 hours a week. After that amount of time there is quite a bit of material to look at. Now if you are a student you realize that it's much easier to break up the semester and write papers and take a couple of exams for the course. It helps the student get a better grasp on the material and it's not as stressful to know that your grade will be reflected on several items and not just one final exam . So as I leave Rome very soon, I ask all of the students of the Roman Pontifical Universities to join me and demand, MORE EXAMS AND MORE PAPERS!!!!

Okay, I better leave now before some nun chases after me.
